Elder Care Law

Elder care law is a relatively new phenomenon. The National Association of Elder Law Attorneys has only been in existence for 22 years. The demand for elder care law attorneys is increasing as people over the age of 85 are the fastest growing population in the US. Elder care law encompasses a wide array of legal practices, including estate planning law, probate law, tax law, family law, elder abuse law, personal injury law and more.
