National Elder Law

National elder law is managed not only through the court system, but also by the work of the NAELA, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. The NAELA was founded in 1987 as group dedicated to forging the laws and knowledge necessary to care for the elderly population of the United States. As our society continues to age, national elder law continues to evolve and progress to ensure the health, estate, family and housing needs of our senior citizens is met.
