Will Writing

Will writing should be done by a professional estate planning lawyer, or elder law attorney. Even the smallest amount of ambiguity (legal speaking) can cause messing disputes, and end up costing the beneficiaries a great deal of money during probate court. Will writing includes identifying the person for whom the will is being written, outling all estate assets and liabilities, and instructing to whom each item is to be ditributed.
