Write A Will

In order to write a will, one must establish the identity of the estate owner, make sure any previous wills are revoked, then write the will outlining all assets and how they are to be distributed. It may sound easy, but writing a legallly binding will can get complicated, espescially when there are large assets involved, like real estate. Often times, a poorly written will will cause disputes among the beneficiaries as to the intentions of the deceased, causing a costly delay in probate court. Having a will professionally drafted is the best way to avoid problems with it's execution.
